Course Summary

In our Team Building workshop, students will bond as a group by exploring film and drama games and related exercises before going on to form film production teams. They will then be set the challenge of making a group commercial which will give them an exciting and practical race against the clock experience of team working.

After developing team work through a range of tasks and challenges including idea generation, allocation of roles, project prep, shooting and performing, participants will then edit their movies as a team and prepare a short pitch using public speaking to present their idea. 

Building group cohesion, the session focuses on team work and leadership principles throughout and includes close tuition and coaching in effective communication as well as being an enjoyable and challenging creative experience.

Exploring the key principles of team work, this action packed session is a fun way to bring your team of young people together and offer them some inspiration in leadership and working together harmoniously for wider projects.
